Our company specializes in producing plastic elements mainly for motor industry (buses, trains, ambulances and other special vehicles).
We also produce elements for companies which produce sanitary devices (baths, shower bases etc.) from advertising industries and other.

We have the biggest thermoforming machine in Poland. Maximum dimension of one sheet is 2,5x3,5m and forming height 1,2m.

Elements made by thermoforming are a lot lighter, more precise and mostly cheaper than those made by laminate technology. We form materials from leading and tested producers such as ABS, ABS/PMMA, PMMA, PVC, PC and other thermoplastic materials.

We also produce material LEXAN with a certified incombustibility CNTK for rail vehicles, and a certificate of the European Certificate 95/28/EC of some motor vehicles. Vacuum-formed elements similarly to laminated ones are produced in different versions of finishing its surface (from sheen through matte finish to different textures). Very often we produce elements in “ready versions” in any color. They don’t need painting after all.
