Pop-top roof production technology

Pop-top roofs are made of two thermoplastic panels combined with a PUR foam core, which supports insulation and structural durability. The production process includes, among other steps, manufacturing the outer shell and inner insert, filling the space with foam in a dedicated press, trimming technological excess with a CNC robot, and preparing the lower frame using vacuum thermoforming.

This design makes the pop-top roof lightweight, durable and functional. The structure can be equipped with mounting components such as tent rails, hinges, locks and handles, creating a complete system ready for use in a recreational vehicle.
