We are proud to say that we have the biggest thermoforming machine in Poland. The maximum dimension of one sheet is 2,5×3,5m and forming height to 1 meter.
The parts made by thermoforming are much lighter, more precise and above all cheaper than those made by means of laminating technology.
We form materials supplied from the leading and tested producers such as ABS,ABS/PMMA,PMMA,PVC,PC and other thermoplastic materials.
We also manufacture the products by means of LEXAN material which has obtained a certified in combustibility EN 45545-2 for rail vehicles and the European Certificate 95/28/EC for some motorvehicles.
